Question:

Hemet PD transferring suspects to INS at night?

Have you seen this? I witnessed two instances of what appeared to be two hispanic people being transferred to the Immigration Service. This happened after daylight at the Southeast corner of Winchester Road and Domenigoni Parkway. This is outside of Hemet Boundaries but it appears that the local police were denying people certain rights.

As you may know, the constitution allows for speedy trials and equal protections under the law. By turning over suspects to the INS instead of prosecuting people, the Hemet police is denying people of their basic rights.

What do you think.

  1. What do I think?

I think you're making wild assumptions based on very little evidence.

    That's what I think.

  2. The Hemet PD are doing their job, god bless them!  And while we're at it what happened to the spell check feature?  Now we're all going to look like illiterate idiots!

  3. Deportation does not require a trial. If there are no charges, there is no need for a trial.

Prosecution comes at a great expense to the taxpayer. Deportation is quicker and cheaper.

  4. What you fail to think about is the "rights" you refer to are for citizens. If illeagals commit a minor crime here, it is easier to deport them then send them to trial and so on. They were being handed over to INS for deportation.
