If we see the moon in broad daylight (along with the sun), in usa, then do the people on the other side of the Earth (Poland, Spain, Ukraine) see the moon at night?

Does the moon move through the sky at the same rote, faster or slower than the sun?

Given the answer to this, which will 'arrive' first in Australia? (We are in the eastern hemisphere too).
