Hemming curtains, Glasgow?

Hi, my sewing machines broken and Im waiting on a new one - meanwhile, and great ideas for somewhere in town that will hem a pair of curtains for me? it's just a straight line - it wouldnt take me 2 minutes :(

Speedy Alterations, Unit 45, Sauchiehall St, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G2 3ER - 0141 332 3496 will hem them for you, or get the wonder web stuff that you iron on and do it yourself. Good luck!

Why not get some easy hem which you can iron on ,to seal the hem until  you can sew it.I use it for all kind of hems. All the supermarkets sell it so does the pound store in Glasgow.
