Tell me which one is right!

1)Hemp is the leaf from the actual marijuana plant

2)Hemp is another plant that belongs to the marijuana group but the actual marijuana plant have much more thc!

it is a totally different plant that looks similar to marijuana and is in the cannabis family. has very little traces of thc, so little that even copious amounts of hemp will still NOT produce any of the intoxicating effects commonly attributed to thc
