Hen Night Ideas?

Question

My best freind is organsising her hen night soon, does nyone know of any really good ideas for something we could do? She's up fpr absolutely anything(no strippers). but along the lines of relaxing, chilling out(massage etc)in the day and fun at night.

I live in West Wales mind!!!
