i hav e a 95 stratus and im haveing a problem. when i get up 2 about 50 the rpms will jump and the car will shudder? i found that the problen kinda goes away when i dont put the gas cap on all the way? what is the problem? thx

the car has a vent line on the gas tank. It sounds like the line is plugged somewhere. It runs to a canister in the engine compartment. Purchase a shop manual to find the exact location unhook the line and then see if it runs better.
