  1. With your symptoms, everything you take is going to give you allergies because as you saying, there is a very low blood flow in your limbs!!! so you should start off with exercise, it's the best remedy for you now.....there are lots of herbs & alternative ways you can benefit from but you should first enhance the blood circulation throughout your body!!

You can get very good results with Magnet therapy & Acupuncture... and don't forget the good ol' sunlight and clean fresh water... or when you get to know magnetic therapy, Bio water....

Click on the links below and find out more about some of your possible obtions........and have you had your Thyroid (TSH, T4, T3) and Estrogen/Progesterone hormones checked???!!

If you're a guy, you can consult your doctor about the male hormones you can have tested....

    Good Luck

  2. omg go 2 the doctor it sounds serious

  3. A reaction with the meds your doctor gave you and the herbal mixed. I would flush the drugs :)

  4. did you talk to your doctor about it? If you didn't you may want to check with him/her first to make sure you arent allergic to anything and such. i use herbs for my face, and there is one herb i found out that i am allergic too and that didnt work out too well......

  5. ~!Starlynn!~ has a good point... it could be an interaction between the drugs and the supplements. You can ask your doctor or a pharmacist if there are any interactions to be on the safe side.

On the flip side, that's a completely normal reaction.

Itching and tingling in an area that is getting more circulation when it's used to lower circulation is entirely common and basically expected. My scalp itched when I first started taking Ginkgo, too. All the herbs that you mention there are good for circulation and cardiovascular health, so if your feet were always cold before you took this, I would be shocked if you didn't feel some sort of tingling or itching (cramping sounds right for what you mention, too).

However, if the odd feelings don't go away (at least a bit) after about a week of taking the supplement, then it might be an allergic reaction (which is rare)... Oh, and that's after taking it for a week straight.

Worst case scenario, if it is an allergy, you could try each ingredient separately to remove the one you're having a reaction to, you could take L-Arginine to help your circulation, and/or you could even use an L-Arginine circulation gel to apply directly to your feet. L-Arginine is a simple Amino Acid that you get whenever you eat protein, so you're most likely not going to be allergic or have any problems with it.

    Good luck!

  6. It may be a combination of the herbal remedy and the prescribed medicine that you are on that conflicted.  You should always consult your doctor before combining any medication.

I would recommend though a product called "special attention cream" or "theraputic foot cream"  for your feet.  If you have bad circulation in your feet, either of these products will do the trick.   Special Attention Cream is for the fee, knees, elbows and anywhere that needs special attention.  Once people try it they agree with me, they just can't live without it.  After you apply it to your feet you will feel a soothing, healing sensation followed by an improvement in your circulation.  You'll use it everyday.

Also, if you may want to look into a juice elixir to supplement your diet.  You may be a perfect candidate for a product called RESTORE.  It is a deep tissue detox juice elixir that is changing lives all over the country.  It cleanses and detoxifies, stimulates the immune system, neutralizes stress and increases your energy.  I have heard many testimonies of how this product decreased cholesterol as well as relieving people of their blood pressure medication.    You can mix it in water, juice, or a delicious smoothie.  Some people stir it into their yogurt.

Hope this helps you in your endeavor to better health.
