  3. yarrow, red clover, lavender, chamomile, calendula, dandelion, seabuckthorn berry (all as either a tea or supplement)

    and yes oils/herbs have been proven to be effective in getting rid of blemishes and oiliness because of their anti inflammatory and astringency

    Oils internally? I don't think ingesting any herb/oil has proved beneficial for greasy skin and blemishes. Topically, the above mentioned oils can calm the skin and act as a decongestant/antibacterial properties...I use them. Check out Dr Hauska and green tea has great benefits/antioxidants

  6. You might try camomile tea! Several cups a day have a soothing,calming and drying effect and is a natural anti-inflammatory. You can buy it in bulk or in tea bags. Look for lots of flowers and petals and not so many sticks. It's the flower that's the best part for teas! Good luck.
