Herbst, Braces, and Wisdom Teeth?

Hi there. I got my Herbst and top row of braces near the end of March. My teeth are doing wonderful and are straightening out already! I checked with my dentist 2 days ago, and everything is going fine. However, I was told by my othrodontist that in about a year, when my Herbst came off I would need a full mouth of braces. My bottom teeth are perfectly fine. I do not understand why I need a full mouth. I'm afraid my wisdom teeth will come in during treatment and s***w up all my teeth. If my wisdom teeth come in during/after I get everything off, will it s***w up my newly straightened teeth? Thanks. :)

Just have your wisdom teeth taken out ASAP when they come in.  If you're really concerned, call your Dentist's office.

Nope. i have to do the same thing! they just make sure your bottom teeth are GREAT dont worry your NOT alone! i think i do! i have no clue but im getting braces!
