If it is...saaayyyy... Noon (12:00pm) in Dallas, TX... What time is it in Moscow? And would it be the same time in Moscovia?

  1. Dallas Tue 12:00 p.m. (noon) then Moscow is Tue 9:00 P.M. I would think Moscovia would be the same.

  2. its 9 hours later in Moscow (this takes care of daylight savings time also!).

    so in your example as long as you are saying it is 12:00 PM CDT, then in Moscow it is 9:00 PM
