Here's my dilemma....A truck on craigslist..please read below.?

His truck is too cheap..really unbelievable and it says Sac. Ca. but it's actually in Canada. He wants you to email him but if I do, he will have my email and that seems unsafe. The whole deal sounds like a scam what do you guys think and how can I check on this safely...here's the link...

This is a scam either to extract some money from you or just harvest your email address. If you poked around you would probably find the same listing in other cities, like here:

E-mail accounts are easy to get.

Just set up another account that only directs craigslist inquiries.

I use my real one and have only had a few scammers e-mail me, but there isn't any danger. I don't give out my address unless I feel that the deal is legit.

I looked at the ad...it does look too good to be true.

If he wants you to send money before he "sells" the truck, you'll have your answer.

This is a known SCAM on Ebay and Craigslist. He doenst even own the truck he got that info off another ad. He just wants your money and info.SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM..ujn

There are ALOT of scam ads online, and this looks like one of them.

I wouldn't contact anyone who doesn't leave contact information or a name.
