- Will they both have the same birthcharts?

They will have the same birth chart, and while they may have similar personalities, their birth charts will work for them in different ways.

That's why you may have twins born to the same mother at the same time, but one twin takes their Leo sun/Scorpio moon and becomes a model (as both signs are quite sexually appealing) and the other becomes a researcher (as the scorpio moon is into digging deeper for knowledge).
