prefer to call Hillary Clinton by including her maiden name?

In other words, why do so many people often call her Hillary RODHAM Clinton so much more than they call other people by full first-maiden/other middle-last? Do they call the other people by including their maiden or other middle name, too, so regularly? No! So why Hillary's? What are we worried about, like there's some other Hillary Clinton in high politics that we have to make sure we don't get mixed up with this one? What's the big deal?

When Bill Clinton took office in 1993, Hillary Clinton preferred to be known as Hillary Rodham Clinton.

She is the only woman running for president.  Maybe they want to distance her from Bill...although he does most of the campaigning.
