Probably the lobster tail. Depending on how good it is, how big, overcooked or undercooked, the chef. Everything matters. But on a 1-8 track, these would be my other choices.

That is not a very good choice. Many of those can be very good, but it depends on how well it is made. Depends on the recipe and the cook. One person can grill a steak so that it is perfect while another person might turn the same steak into a piece of leather. I guess that fried chicken is pretty hard to mess up too bad. Under the best conditions I would choose the lobster tail.

lobster tail is always nice to have, it depends on the occasion for a formal soiree id choose the lobster for a little backyard get together the steak is good if its even more casual id go with the hamburger, I'd also take into account how many people you will be serving to determine the budget ahead of time.
