Here an there around my house..i see super tiny yellowish bugs...what are they?

they are so small i thought it was bacteria.

there sooooo small.

and i see em around windsills

and some in old books.

lots in old books.

i know what you are talking about they seem like they are some sort of mite...

There is a species of insects, Psocids, known as book lice.  They not are actually lice.  They are described as little yellow dots scurrying away when you open a book,  They feed on molds, fungi, cereals, pollen, fragments of dead insects and similar materials.  They can damage books by eating paper and they can infest stored cereals.  I found not suggestion for eliminating them. You may be able to reduce their numbers by reducing the humidity in your house.
