Here in US we have fresh fruits like strawberries and oranges all year.?

strawberries, blueberries, etc. all grown in Florida or California even in winter. Does Canada have fresh fruits and veggies all year? Where do they come from?

The reason Canada relies on the imported fruits and vegetables is that  fresh fruit and vegetable cultivation  is hindered by a short growing season and unpredictable weather patterns. Due to Canada’s geographic features , there are also  limited fertile growing regions.
