Clear liquor means you can see through it and it has no color.

Dark liquor means it has a dark color.

it depends on the person....some people drink and they stay nice all the time others drink and they get mean....it doesn't matter what you drink....although hard liquors usually will get a normally mean drunk a little meaner than usual....but it really just depends on the person....i am nice all the time when i am drunk no matter what....so i dont know if i am even makin sense right now btu what ever ........

Well first off are you talking Liqueur or Liquor?

An example of  a dark liquor is  scotch or Rum.  a  clear liquor is Gin or Vodka,

Liqueur is  a sweet blend  that involves a sugar of somesorts (fructose or same type of  sweetener. whereas Liquor doesn't

ha ha ha ha I guess I am the only one who actually read your question! Oh man, the only liquor that makes me mean is Tequila! It's so crazy the effects it has on me! I completely stear clear of it!!!
