Heredity Help?

I have a big test tommorow and i don't get this stuff. It's about alleles, genotype, phenotype, the punnett chart, etc. Please help me understand better! Thank you!

  1. allele - coding, non-coding sequence. individual's genotype for that gene is the set of alleles it happens to possess

    genotype - genetic constitution of an individual, that is the specific allele makeup of  individual, usually with reference to a specific character / type.

    phenotype- observed quality of an organism, their morphology, development, or behavior.

    its expressive nature as opposed or different from  genotype which is usually inherited. the difference between an organism's heredity and what that heredity produces

    punnett - shows/predicts all possible gene combinations in a cross of parents (whose genes are known). - hence ability to show  s*x linkage and s*x determination.
