Predictably you get some stupid answers.  I bet none of these people have ever visited a medium themselves.

I suggest you try to locate a Spiritualist Church in or around the city and go to one of their meetings.  You will find out from one or more of the members how you can locate a good, genuine medium.

How do you tell if he/she is good and genuine?  They will not charge you very much, because they are not in it to make money.  The charlatans will charge as much as they can get away with.
