i mean im sure bush and his wife get around fine but what about their kids etc ...are they paying these expensive gas prices or do they get a deal?????????

The family fortune of the Bush  family comes from oil, so the record profits by the oil companies directly benefit the Bush family- They are billionaires as the result of the amount of stock they own in the oil companies- they don't have to pinch their pennies like the poor and middle class do.

Bush pays for his own gas on the ranch, but like most presidents for the past 50 years, he does not drive on public roads in a private vehicle. When he is working, he is riding in a government car. When he is campaigning or on personal business, his campaign fund pays the expenses.

Bush is not as rich as you might think. He is well off, but not among the super rich.
