do you think this cage is good enough ? ? ? I have a ball and wheel in a different spot but other than that is it Okay?

Yeah that cage should be find and im sure ur hammy loves it. I woud tho tak out those fake leaves unless you know that they are nontoxic if chewed on. Other than that ts great.
