Here’s a question you don’t here every day about whistleblowers:

Why does a whistleblower who is “determined to be mentally incompetent” (after the police he used to work for allege that he shot and killed a mobster, that he did shoot and wound but did not shoot and kill as alleged, after being brought in as “fall guy”) never given a review greater than that allowed any old generic psycho?

Even if this person is shot repeatedly by law enforcement ~who know the guy is a liability and “only a rookie”~, and mobsters ~ who think somehow that the guy is guilty of being pig headed enough to get “uppity”~ there is no review of assessment with regard to the situation.

Even if there are medical complications that require treatments and those are provided, these documentations “fail to be transferred from one file to the final documentation”. Even when these would tend to lessen stress, because they document that there were in fact bullets fired, or that at least there were said complications that would normally prevent arrest for “child support”, given DVT from bullet wounds arising from a fellow doing his duty generally would be seen mitigate his “debt to society” (as cops are often granted great big settlements for having such wounds ~ not deemed a menace to society and asked ~ forced beyond ability or mockingly and in a disabling manner assessed an income ability in order to reduce the State’s liability arising from State sanctioned murder given the witness is a principle victim and member of a police unit but retired due to wounds ~ to earn $30,000 per year). Is this fact one that leads one to believe there is a mechanism in place to squelch potential whistleblowers, by “using” the mental hospital system as a physically disabling punitive warehousing facility?
