I'm going to acquire my birth certificate from H.K city of detroit. and im going with my father...the only problem is hes not labeled on my birth certificate so will there be a problem in getting it? i have my Social security stub along with my immunization records and a report card with my address that matches the same as my dads address on his license..but i do not have photo id so will they give it to me?
