Hermes Bridle...?

I am looking for a Hermes Bridle as an possibility for my horse and I wanted to know if anyone owns/ owned one and if they really liked it. Thanks.

  1. I don't have one but there is one in the Dover catalog and it is over 1000 dollars and although it is a good looking bridle, it is not even padded on the noseband or brow or anything. I would say go for a Wellington or a Wylde or a Vespucci because they are all gorgeous and not as expensive and alot more comfortable for your horse (you can get all of them through Dover.)


  2. Yes, we have three Hermes bridles. I like them a lot, except when I use them, I have to use the Hermes saddles and reins because they look silly when paired with other tack. They're really really nice to use. The only setback is that they're really expensive, and will get ruined really quickly if you use it everyday. I would reccomend buying a cheaper bridle and maybe geting a Hermes bridle as just a show possibility.

    I'm pretty sure they were purchased from Dover. I got one just last year for my birthday. My mom got one three years ago, and one two years ago. As for the comment below me, we padded the bridles ourselves according to each of the horse's individual needs with some sheepskin.
