Hermit Crabs? Advice?

Question

Two of my hermit crabs have been acting really weird.Both of them won't move unless you get them out and move them. One of them lost a leg but I don't know which one. They will stay in one place for weeks at a time. I'm worried. Please put your age and source if you answer. Thank You!!!

they need a mist in the ocean the have a low and high tide in the mornig so try giving them a warm mist from a spray bottle

My crabs do that too. Try to spray them with a little mister everyday. Spray the habitat as well. Make sure the heat and humidity are set to 70-80 degrees. Make sure you have sand, a place to hide and climb. Proper diet, water with sponge, and a saltwater dish... make sure the saltwater dish is made with a special mix from a pet store.                                        Good Luck!!!
