Hermit crab diet anybody?

Now I got these three little blue legged hermit crabs and I put blood worms in there to eat and the man at the store said they have not eaten in almost two days. whats wrong?

i have a normal land hermit crab and he eats his hermit crab food maybe twice a week.

he does love to eat his hermit crab water sponge though, which i read is actually good for them and suppliments their diet. do you have water sponges in there? do they look any smaller? maybe they decided the water sponges are better than their food like mine!
