Hermit crabs digging??

All of my hermit crabs are digging under their water dish! What should I do!! I think they might be molting? I got them yesterday!!! :(

  1. They always do that,it`s normal...

    Give them some time and they`ll calm down and get used to their new home..


  2. when hermit crabs dig it means they are getting ready to molt and find a new shell they are trying to dig so when theyre shells off they can dig under the sand and stay warm until thier new skin has hardend
