Herradura, Jaco, Hermosa Beach (Costa Rica) Lodging?

Question

Does anyone know of any inexpensive but also very clean places to stay overnight, such as B&B or hostel in the Herradura, Jaco or Hermosa Beach area (Costa Rica). I'm looking to not pay more than $60 per night for a double room.

Claritas in Jaco is about that price range.I had a room for 2 at $70 per nite 2 weeks ago and now that the hi season is coming to an end I am sure it wont be more then that

Check in trip advisor, why pay attention to just on person if you can check hundreds of reviews and see photos of the places?
