The winger has expressed his disappointment after Borussia Monchengladbach were knocked out of the competition at the hands of Dynamo Kiev.
The Foals were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League playoff stage after ending the two games with a 4-3 aggregate against Dynamo Kiev. Both sides won their respective away games, but Gladbach fell short in the end.
Monchengladbach qualified for Europe’s elite club competition after a stunning fourth-place finish last term in the league. It was a huge achievement for the side considering they were fighting the relegation battle in the previous
