Hershey's Kiss Enlargement?

For a science project, I need to make a Hershey's Kiss 8 times bigger. The dimensions are 2 cm diameter, and 2 centimeter height. Luckily, I have a hemispherical bowl that measures 16 cm across. However, I still need the cone shape on top. I wish to make this out of real chocolate. Any ideas?

Some ideas I have:

use paper mache and a wire frame and put into a mold. (what to use as a mold?)

or... use pour chocolate into the bowl and create a separate cone of paper or such. or use clay or dough.

Get a huge mixing bowl grease the sides a little, heat the chocolate up in maybe two or three really big batches and pour it into the mixing bowl. when it dries turn it up side down on to a tray and pop it out of the bowl, carefull, carve the bowl shape into a pointed kiss with a knife
