Hertha http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Berlin-c7536 striker Tunay Torun has stated that his side could have won the Bundesliga clash against Hamburg last weekend which ended in a 2-2 draw. He claimed that the team played with great consistency and were brilliant throughout
the course of 90 minutes.
The Berlin side drew 2-2 with Hamburg SV at the Imtech Arena in their second Bundesliga fixture. The home side were leading 2-1 in the second-half when Captain Andre Mijatovic scored in the dying moments to earn a point for his
side.

opportunities.
However, he admitted that his side was also lucky after clinching an equaliser late in the match to earn one point. He claimed that he is satisfied with the draw and is delighted with the improvement in display after the dismal
showing on the opening day.
“We were completely focused right from the off and had just the right game plan for our opponents. Our efforts certainly merited a win. On the other hand, you've got to count yourself a bit lucky when you pull level so late on.
Otherwise we'd have been heading home empty-handed. So in that respect, we have to be satisfied with the draw,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The Turkish international further added that if the club continue performing like this they will surely stay in the Bundesliga for the next season. He insisted that Hertha are a very good side and remained confident of a very successful
season ahead.
“If we keep playing the way we did at Hamburg, I don't think we'll need to worry about staying up. We've shown the Bundesliga that we're a force to be reckoned with,” the striker concluded.
