Hes a different guy around me?

Question

im 15 and go out with this guy called darryl whos 16 and he is being really different to me.

like loads of girls like him because he is hot and personally i didnt like him but thought he was hot and said to him that pratically every girl thought he was fit and liked him so he knows loads of girls like him but asked me out but this was before we went out and doenst really have anything to do but i explan things really long on this because i dont want stupid answers.

he is really loud and hyper and loves to be the centre of attention and usually shouts things and is kinda the 'popular kid' but when hes with me hes is much more down to earth and calm but still is funny and im sure he likes me so dont say that otherwise he wouldnt still kiss me and hig me as much and he has that glitter in his eye when he looks at me and stuff but i like him when he is loud because thats just him.

how can i say this to him without seeming really well rude and stupid if you get what i mean?

i think you should say it in a jokey way, if hes a funny guy then he may respond to that better. just like say wow your quiet suddenly' after he has just calmed down and see what he says if seems uncomfortable then just give up and try again another time. its probably that he trys to match your personality as most people do that automatically when with different people. maybe if your more loud and attention seeking then he may be the same

maybe just let him be cause he could be tired of acting up and when he's with you he gets to calm down a bit. also, don't you think it'd be downright ridiculous to shout your way through a conversation with someone who is rrrrrrright next to you? and when he's with you he doesn't need to act up to get your attention cause he already has it.
