Where does Keirin Read play in the scrum for Canterbury ? He played a great game there in the Super 14 final

  1. blindside flank but i think he is fast enough to cover openside. and he can also cover lock


  2. Kieren Read is a blindside flanker primarily and this is where he was used mostly in the Super 14, and will also be there for Canterbury in the ANZC. He is also useful at lock, and like most other flankers these days reasonably adaptable to either side.

  3. I think he played blind side #6 and he is really great i would like to see him mabey put on a black jersey at the end of year tour in europe if his Air new zealand cup is good

  4. He is a flanker, I'm not sure which side he specialises on though but I think its the open side.

    Why the h**l didn't graham select him for A.Bs! Hes a good solid classy player, better than Thomsen and after weekend, definetely better option than Lauaki. Im not a one eyed cantab either!
