Hey,, how I can to overcome teacher who always angry with students?

example : make noisy,, or don't care if that teacher angry with we.. please help me!

Can you talk to the principal or another teacher or a counselor about how the teacher is angry and that it bothers you?  Or talk to your parents?  Teachers shouldn't be angry with their students so you need to tell someone.
