Hey, Do you know anything about running/walking to lose weight and tone up? HELP PLEASE!?

Hey, im 6foot i feel totally disgusted when i look in the mirror. I have BIG body issues. i am 176lbs, and i want to get to 140-150 and tone up too.

Currently, i have an almost flat stomach, but my thighs are huge. I want to lose weight to go from this:

Notice the first pic was chubby, and the second one they all have nice toned stomachs and thighs. thats what i want, and im wondering how i could do it by running or walking?

First, what should i do (run or walk),when should i do it and how long for?

Second, How long do you think it would take to get to where i want to be?

Third, could i lose the weight and tone up just by running or would other exercises be needed?

  1. what I think is that u should walk for at least 10-15 mins

    and  jog(not run) but jog a little at least for like 10 mins u should do this everyday and u'll see the results but also eat right like asian food such as vietnamese spring rolls (very healthy) and veggies/fruits i eat fruits in the morning cuz u start out good and later just go out and excericse twice a day


  2. You should do both run and walk. But you have to walk 2,000 steps it is very easy. You'll have walked a mile then you start running 2,000 steps. And if you want you can do it over and over again but you have to exercise 2x a day. You will loose weight and tone up because i had this problem before and this is how i lose weight. Hope you enjoy

  3. Ok, I'm not joking but do you have a dog, if not, can you borrow one? Coz when I got a dog and had to start walking I toned up really quickly. Now I'm much healthier, and it's all thanks to my dog :) I wish you lots of luck anyway!
