Hey, im 6foot i feel totally disgusted when i look in the mirror. I have BIG body issues. i am 176lbs, and i want to get to 140-150 and tone up too.
Currently, i have an almost flat stomach, but my thighs are huge. I want to lose weight to go from this:

Notice the first pic was chubby, and the second one they all have nice toned stomachs and thighs. thats what i want, and im wondering how i could do it by running or walking?
First, what should i do (run or walk),when should i do it and how long for?
Second, How long do you think it would take to get to where i want to be?
Third, could i lose the weight and tone up just by running or would other exercises be needed?
