I want to move some where in France when I grow up. I think it would be awesome to live in a village there. I like the mountains, and was wondering if anyone knew about a place in France that had that kind of climate.

  1. Hey guy

I am a pure product from Bordeaux.

Bordeaux is not a village in France, but a small city. In the inner city you have about 250 000 inhabitants, and in the whole about 600 000.

This city is called the "small paris" because of its architecture, which style is the same with Paris' architecture. (Vauban).

There are there several districts and the "old Bordeaux" which is now a walking area, all buildings are made of withe stone, and you can find small churches.

Bordeaux has been classified in the UNESCO patrimony for few months. There is a new modern Tramway.

It is quiete there, you can go through the inner city within 30 minutes. You have the longer walk-zone street of europe where there are hundreds of shops.

Then you can reach the beach by train or by car, it takes about 40 to 60 minutes to reach the nearest one.

Spain is not far away, it takes about 3 hours by car.

Bordeaux is the region of wine, so you can also visit lots of castels "chateaux" and wine fields.

In sommer it is quite warm, but never snows in winter: only rain.

    is it enough ?

    So welcome in Bordeaux !
