Hey, Ive recentally been selected to go and study abroad in Brazil (Joinville). Anyone been there?

Joinville is a pleasant place but I wouldn't recommend it for study abroad. It isn't a particularly 'Brazilian' place, as most people are immigrants of German decent and Portuguese isn't even spoken that much. There are beautiful women there however, but not the curvaceous multi-ethnic baves one thinks of when Brasil comes to mind. I would recommend instead studying in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Salvador.
