  1. You may be able to  attend one of Penn State's branch campuses and transfer to the main campus in January.


  2. No. Their last day for transfer students to apply is today and there's no way you can fill out an entire application (plus essay, teacher recommendations, and transcripts) all in less than 24 hours.
