Do u login as an domain user ?

u need to have access to administrator of domain to make an user on Domain but u can get the full right on the computer ur logging

by hacking the admin account of that pc

go to run >cmd

type net user administrator  *

then it will ask u the new password for the admin account and the pc is urs if cmd is blocked mail me i"ll tell u all the steps :-)

for opening console

go to run type mmc and u will see console
