Hey guys just wondering where this quote from assassins creed means. Nothing is true and everything is permitted.

Are there any more quotes from assassins creed if you know any can you tell me and the meaning of it? thanks :D

  1. Hi. I think "Nothing is true"=don't trust anybody, cause it is all lies, and "everything is permitted"=whatever you can get away with, is what you should use (or 'anything goes' ).

    Sorry I know nothing more from assassin's creed though.


  2. I think they're trying to say nothing stands with one truth and you can do whatever you want to do in life.

  3. I played the game.  (great game by the way)

    From my interpretation, it means that everything is a lie and what seems to be true is only true because we think that it is.
