All trucking companies have their good points and their bad points. It's a matter of personal preference. Any of the big truckload carriers will give you a job with a brand new CDL. Some of the smaller companies won't.

Personally, I wouldn't drive for Schnieder National if they were the last company running. Just personal prefference.
