I'm guessing that you are a qldander. .  down here we like yabbies ,so try cooking  peeling and frying some off in garlic and butter, then melt some butter and oil together and fry of some thick slices of bread  till nice and brown and crisp. top with the yabbies and then some sliced onion and put thick layers of camembert cheese on top of that then put in oven or unde  the griller . yummy.
