Hey Aussies, i need a savoury toast recipe?

fry off some tomatoes ,diced onions and then add some beaten egg ,cook off then put on toast while hot.  cook some chicken  with butter and herbs then add some grated cheese put ontoastt. .  fry mushrooms onions and garlic in butter then add some milk, cook till soft ,remove from heat and add soft white bread crumbs or just cube the bread , let take up the liquid and add pepper and salt to your taste then spread on toast,.  yummy
