Ok So MY FRIEND TELLS ME THAT this website looks really really bad an i am telling him that its not bad AT ALL!! so what do you guys think about it?

A bit slow to render and the circle of the clock seemed a bit warped. Other than that, didn't seem all that terrible but nothing spectacular either.

It looks a little odd... Maybe take away the yellow and use white?
