What's the down payment and monthly payment? What are the packages like? Which one do you go to? Can you go to any location?

10 years ago, when it was called Powerhouse, the initiation was waived because of a work special. The monthly was and is $25 a month for me which I pay by the year. It will stay the same for me as long as I keep up the yearly payment.
