I really want Westbrook . I am proposing a trade where i would send Roy Williams WR,Brandon Jacobs RB,and Jonathan Stewart RB. Is this a good trade? If not what other options do I have. Here's my team:

His RBs are weak.

The only way you are going to get Westbrook away from him is to offer him Portis and Barber. And I guarantee you don't want to do that, because Westbrook is his only decent contributor at the RB position.

If I were you, I would give up the love affair with Westbrook and go with what you have.

First he wouldn't do it and I'm not sure if you should either because no you need to trade Portis or Barber. I think if you could trade him Portis and another player for him it would work but the problem is the other guy's team is ridiculously good and he doesn't have many weak spots you can help him fill for westbrook

Why would he do this trade? He's got good RB's and good WR's... He would be a fool to give away Westbrook.
