Is this true a computer games like car racing can enhance your mathematical ability, well I just read it on the magazine I don't know if it is a fact.

No, but classical music actually can!  It's true that the combination of whole and half-notes found in classical music (Mozart, Chopin, Beethoven, all the biggies) stimulate the right-brain that deals with abstracts like higher mathematics.

Not sure about mathematical abilities, but studies have shown the do improve hand-eye coordination and problem solving capacity.  Of course, it also depends on the game too.
