I'd pick out a racket with a pretty big head size (oversize). Then you should go to a nearby tennis pro shop and see if you could get some lessons. A good tennis teacher will then teach you the basics of hitting/serving.

Im going to give you the best hint I ever learned while I played tennis. IT'S ALL ABOUT TECHNIQUE. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOUR A BODY BUILDER, IF YOU DON'T HAVE GOOD FORM, FOOT WORK, ETC.
