  1. pin the tail on the donkey

    tag

    duck duck goose

    treasure hunt

dress up (have the kids put on a show for you)

my little sister is 5 and i just put down what she said. hope this helps

  2. Do you have other adults?  Do a carnival setup.  Beanbag toss, duck pond, ring toss...  Musical chairs usually works.  Red light, green light, or Simon says.  Three legged race.

  3. I like doing a craft like plain hats and that acrilyc (sp) paint and let them make their own.  Maybe you could do like a scavenger hunt. or a corn toss game.

  4. me and my friend set up her little sisters birthday (age 7) and we did a lot of crafts and a hole bunch of little games but there fav games were-

      picture hunt-

what you do is find a starting place-the kitchen

then you go take a picture of a object maybe not the whole object like have of it so they try to figure out what the picture is then when they figure it out they run to that spot so if you took a picture of the computer then they would go there and look around the computer then there they would find another picture and it might be the hot tub in the back yard then they go out there and find the next picture -

you continue this for awhile longer than at then end have prizes that they can chose from.

balloon stomp- each kid has 2 balloons attached to there feet they run around in a marked area while trying to pop appoints balloon while keeping yours safe.

also try to hire a couple of babysitters and get them to watch the kids and plan a couple of games to play in between the bigger games it gives you more time to set up and makes the party more enjoyable for you

    hoped i helped

  5. Have a little carnival!

It may sound intense, but you can do it really inexpensively.

First, get fold out tables and buy different colored table cloths. Set these up outside with different (sparkly and colorful) signs you made for each. Each sign will advertise the game at that table. One "booth" can be a game where you have four kids noodles in a kids pool. have the children throw balls into the pool from a set distance and try to get a tic tac toe. Another booth can be the traditional....pull the sucker from the tree. if the end is red, you get a prize!. you can also have a station where you wood glue pegs (made from dowles found at jo anns) on to a wood board. Have them drop a ball from the top and if it lands in the bucket at the bottom, they get a special prize. Also: duck pond, ring toss, three legged race, etc.

Have simple games like this around the yard. on each table have simple prizes. then, you can have non game stations. A tattoo one (you can just help apply a regular tattoo if you don't want to paint), you can have a clown doing balloon animals, and you can have a food station. serve up hot dogs, popcorn, and candy.

Have the yard decorated with streamers.

It should be loads of fun! It should not be to expensive if you just get the prizes at the dollar tree, and make the games with inexpensive items and make them at home!

    Have fun!

  6. Relay races.  There are so many kinds to do with little expense.
