most oftern companys like theese contact model agency drama schools and dance school ,most model agencys have drama school programs as well it can be expensive to join portfolios etc ,and theres no guarantee you will get a good out come ,but if its what you really want maybe its worth a try

uhm most of their filming is in hollywood and unless they are doing a movie in ireland than forget about it.

and if your over 18 just move to L.A

if your under 18 than, well just keep taking classes and acting in local plays around your area.

Disney does not cast in Ireland.  Disney only casts where there are Disney parks.  The closest park to you is Disneyland Paris.

That said, there is always a need for face characters to play the princesses.  You must fit the type, height, weight, etc and be fit and physically match the type. For example, Ariel is supposed to be no taller that 5 feet 6 inches and of slender build as she is supposed to be 16.  Wigs and colored contacts are provided to complete the look.

Some of the roles are cast on whether or not you fit into the costume.  To participate in the shows you must be able to dance reasonably well although the "look" is more important.

Disney color-codes your skills and the better parts go to the better performers.  Some roles actually sing and you are required to join Actor's Equity Association.

Disney will not hire anyone under 16 in the US and, as a Irish national, you would need a work visa and an American accent.  I am not sure what the restrictions are for Disneyland Paris.

If you are think about movies and television, almost all casting is done in CA where the Disney film division is located.
